COVID -19 Update

To all Our Customers...

The COVID -19 virus outbreak is causing worldwide & ever changing challenges. We are still open & intend to be as long as it is possible.

Royal Mail & delivery couriers are making small changes to the way they work in order to reduce the risk of infection. This includes minimising personal contact & not asking for signatures. Most of our orders are sent via Royal Mail tracked services. With this service you can specify a safe place for your parcel to be left. If you would like to specify a safe place or delivery instructions, please add a note to your order during the checkout process. For orders over 2kg in weight we will use a courier, usually Parcelforce. We can still add a note to the order but they may not agree to leave a parcel unattended. Please ensure you add a contact telephone number to your order so the courier can contact you if needed ( we can't book most couriers without this).

We are not currently aware of any delays to delivery times in the UK, but expect this could change as the disruption progresses.
