Delivery Delays

Apologies, we are seeing major disruption at Royal Mail due to strike action. They had just about kept on top of things but this last week as seen a major backlog build up at the Bristol Mail Centre. Everything dispatched since last Monday is still waiting on a first scan at Bristol.
If you are waiting on an order, please be patient. With the busiest time over, hopefully they will get on top of things soon. If we see anything moving we will update here & on our delivery & returns page.
In the mean time, we will be switching to other couriers from 10th Dec. We will temporarily remove the express delivery option as it isn't currently achieveable. We will aim to use courier services which are fully tracked with at least a 2-3 day delivery aim. Please bear in mind though that the other couriers will also be under additional pressure due to the Royal Mail strikes... but at least they are working & trying their hardest to get deliveries to customers.
