reCAPTCHA I am not a robot issues

We have had a few reports of problems getting through the reCAPTCHA (I am not a robot) process at the checkout.
We have spoken to WorldPay regarding this & they advised that if this happens it is best to either try another browser (eg. Chrome / Safari) or to go into settings & clear the cookies & cache.
Having just googled reCAPTCHA to check it's spelling, also spotted advice from Chrome which advised to make sure you have updated to their latest version, as this is also a common cause of problems. Looking further into this it seems this is the principal advice with any browser.
If you struggle to complete an order it will usually show as incomplete with us. Payment will not have been taken & the order won't be processed, so please just try again after trying the above solutions.
